What do John Legend, Lauryn Hill, Cardi B, Jazmine Sullivan and many more of your favorite artists have in common? A powerhouse vocalist named Natalie Imani! Natalie Imani is the featured vocalist on John Legend's Grammy Award winning album title song "Bigger Love", and she is also the featured vocalist on Cardi B's SNL performance. Traveling around the world with the likes of these and other noteworthy talents, she has been to the UK, Australia, Japan, Europe, Africa including most of the United States to perform for hundreds of thousands of people.
Natalie Imani is formally trained in music history and composition at LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts and she has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business and Communications at Monmouth University. Natalie Imani combines an appreciation for the art of music with a natural ability to touch your heart when you hear her soulful voice. Her reach doesn’t just stop on the stage. You may have even seen Natalie Imani on the big screen in the award winning movie LaLa Land as a background vocalist for Ryan Gosling and John Legend. Added to her credits are a multitude of fundraisers, galas, and community event performances. She has performed all around NYC at Joe's Pub, Rockwood Music Hall, The Cutting Room, performed internationally in festivals and arenas, featured on The Q Show, NBC10 Philadelphia and more.
While her resume is brimming with experience as a Grammy accredited vocalists, and lending her voice to philanthropic efforts, Natalie Imani has recorded and released her own original music. Her message is always centered around love. Her EP "Hide Your Heart", was written by the Artist known as "Pink Sweats" and produced by Kenneth Wright. She settles into a sultry vibe on “Cranberry Liquor” written by Natalie Imani, recording artist Jessy Wilson, and artist and poet Jimmy "Salmo" McFarlin. She sings in her soulful, sweet style on her New Single "Butterflies" written by Natalie Imani and produced by Eugene "Man-Man" Roberts. On Christmas Eve 2020, Natalie Imani released "A Hopeful Holiday", a Christmas project also produced by Eugene "Man-Man" Roberts with instrumentation by Adam Blackstone, Ben O'Neil, and many more.
Natalie Imani has released her New Single and Music Video, "Sweet Talk". It is destined to be an amazing year for Natalie Imani as she is currently working her upcoming EP. As she puts it- “Music is so powerful, and I hope to do my part in spreading a little more love in the world!”
